Cleaning Strawberry Shortcake baby dolls? (blow kiss)

I have four of the SS baby dolls that used to blow scented kisses. They're from a thirft shop and I got most of the gross bits off of them with a magic eraser, but I'm nervous about the horrors that may dwell within~ because of the whole mouth hole down to who knows what inside of them thing. I don't want to put them in the washing machine because I worry that might cause water to be trapped inside of them and lead to mold.

Does anyone have any tips for how to clean these girls?

I would use baby bottle brushes/Qtips with vinegar first and move along to the stronger stuff as you feel more confident. :)

That's a great idea! I'll try it out. Thank you. I have the outsides of them all very clean but the inside makes me so nervous lol.
