ID'ing an Annual from memory?

So, I don't think I was ever too deep into MLP (I never had a 'horse' phase as a child or teen; it was rabbits when I was young and then cats as an older child ) but I DID own a few. I ID'ed a couple from memory (Pony Bride and Wildflower?) and a few are far too vague in my memory to even possibly ID.

However, I DO remember an annual I had! UK annual, early 90's it had to be, and I remember a story about a pony who wanted money to buy a silver bangle but on the way had to help younger ponies cross the road and loan money to help a pony buy milk. It had a craft activity of making a 'secrets' table with toilet roll tubes and cardboard.

Is any of this ringing a bell for anyone?
