New Tempest brushable!

shes okay. i wish she didnt have her armor. i probably WONT be getting her, espeically if more merch of her is released ...

You know, I thought she was cast with the armour too, but someone mentioned the flexible vinyl clothing and I'm starting to think there might be hope of displaying her without it.

Ever since I first saw this character, I've been supremely curious what her actual symbol is.  Clearly it's not what is on her armour because the other villains all have the same symbol on their clothing and it resembles the staff the Storm King carries.    Surely, they will reveal her actual symbol during the movie?  I'd just die of happiness if it turns out to be something like bunnies, or butterflies, or a cupcake!  Or pie because of that line in the trailer. Lol!

Haha!  This reminds me of the Talking Chrysalis.  I found her on discount and found her so amusing.  "Comb my hair, my minion!"  Is the best line!

me too! i love her, im really interested in her character. im predicting now that she will be good by the end of the movie and the yeti guy is the real big bad :' )
it would be nice if her clothes were removable. upon closer inspection, this makes it look like it really is removable. if it is, im switching over and shes a buy for me!

I think the only thing that bothers me really about this version of her is the shape of her muzzle. Something about it just didn't translate right where as I have no problem with the FiM Collection of her and I think there is a GoH version of her that I don't mind.

Maybe it's her eyes that just make the muzzle weird to me... I'd have to get a figure comparison of the different line versions of her.

Do her colors remind anyone else of G1 Sherbert?  Now I'm amused by the idea of her symbol being a yummy ice cream.

I really hate she'll only be at Target. 9.9 Between the security breach and other things, I will not shop there.

Oooh, now this one's kinda cool. I'm still not a fan of the reboot in general but like Zapper said, the clothes help to hide the skinny noodle legs.. and her head isn't quite as balloon-y like the others are.. I like her broken horn, too. She's so over-the-top edgy but I do like the horn

I dunno if I'll definitely get her (need to see her in person.. fingers crossed that she gets released over here! Or that someone has her at PonyCon ) but I admit I'm tempted Her and Big Mac are the only reboot G4s that have really caught my eye so far.

(I like her name, too.. I've always liked the word 'tempest'.)

...I don't like the Tempest brushable. No, I lie. I like everything about the Tempest brushable from her colour to her broken horn to her expression...but that mane is not 'brushable', it's a mohican. And it probably fits the character beautifully. It's probably absolutely perfect for the effect people want her to have, as an edgy bad guy. But I am not interested in the character/animated version because I don't like FIM and won't be watching the movie. So it's all about the toy for me. And I really don't like that hair on brushable anything. It began with Baby Lucky and I haven't warmed up to it over the years. So I think she's awesome in every other way. But not the hair. Not for me.

I am probably guessing this is an unpopular opinion that needs to go in the other thread (xD).

I agree, Taffeta, I'm not really into her mohawk either. It suits her, I just like proper full manes a lot better.. at least it looks better than the stupid mohawk they gave Big McIntosh (at least IMO).
