So I ordered an item back on June 3rd - the seller delayed shipping by 3 weeks but after a couple messages marked it shipped on June 21st stating first that they were out of town and then had gotten sick. So okay, I can deal with that. No tracking has been provided however, and the item hasn't shown up. Am I at the point where I should be opening a case? The item is shipping from CA - which is pretty far away, but even from there I don't think I've ever had an item take this long to arrive. I don't want to jump the gun and open a case, and I have been managing to get sporadic responses from the seller. So I'm just not sure. Advice would be appreciated.
