How do i fix greasy hair?
« on: July 01, 2017, 12:41:04 PM »
Hey guys

Im currently trying to fix up my greek bluebelle and ive noticed she has a super greasy feeling tail. Ive popped it out and left it in a bowl of water and given it a good scrub, but when it dries it greasy feeling again. Almost waxy.

Any suggestions?

Good shampoo and lots of conditioner. I had to do that for Magic Scenes Rainbowdash and several G4 Pearlies. Leave the conditioner in for a while.

Have you tried putting Dawn Dish Washing liquid on the hair and letting it sit on there for a little bit watching it closely...then shampoo...then glob on lots conditioner on the hair and leave it on the hair for a week, rinse and wallaaa better maybe?  I have used Dawn on pony hair but not Nirvana hair yet.

I had a lot of ponies with soaking hair. It was like a grease from kids bubble  bath or hair gel or something. I tried everyhing to get it out, olive oil and cold water properly worked the best

I find cold water works rather well.
