I like to be a little early on right on time. When I was younger, I had a mindset of "If I'm not there 30 minutes early, I'm late!" That was before I had children. It's a little different now, but better since they aren't as little as they were.

I'm always early for everything. I had a teacher whose motto was, "Early is on time and on-time is late." I guess I have taken that to heart. My parents both have always wanted to be early for everything, too.

I'm typically right on the dot or little late for everything, especially now, when paired with my husband.  Even work :/  Luckily we have a 5 minute grace period, although in his department that pretty much amounts to nothing (they are stricter than the department I work in).   I used to be slightly early/right on time for most everything on my own.

I used to be always try to be about 5 minutes early - which meant getting there a half hour early an killing time nearby until I was ready. Or when meeting someone getting somewhere a half hour early and watching so I'd walk in just after them so I wouldn't have to be the first person to arrive and wait awkwardly.

I started receiving treatment for anxiety though and now it's normally I'll be a little early or right on time for everything but work I guess the frustration I'm feeling with the company I'm working for makes me a lot less motivated to get here on time. Plus I'm working 14 hour days and having trouble getting up in the morning. They're pretty lax though. I *should* be getting in for 9am but as long as I get in before 9:30am nobody will complain.

"Early is on time and on time is late" is my motto too. I just can't STAND being late. I'm always super early. Sometimes I try to be a little later, but it doesn't work. It's just not in my system.

Yeah, I am generally late or just on time.  It's chronic and it's a really bad habit but for some reason I can't seem to shake it.  I know it's there but I haven't been able to improve it much.  I was rarely late when I was in high school and I wonder what happened.  I have anxiety which one would think would help but it almost has the opposite effect like I don't like being early and "wasting time".  I have started adding 10-15 minutes to the start of things like work so I leave earlier than I absolutely need to just make it on the dot, and even then I still just barely make it.  I constantly feel behind or like I am getting nothing done too.  Which makes no sense that I am late all the time.  However, my mom is always late also, so I don't know if I get it from her or what but it's annoying.

Usually early. Generally because I expect to get lost and so leave plenty of time for that...

I like to be a little early- if I'm running late I'll be right on time.

Aggravatingly enough, my wife likes to be RIGHT on time or a little late... so she gets resentful because I'm always rushing her, and I get resentful because she does so much needless fussing when we could just GOOOO.

Of course, now that we have a baby we tend to be late if he is along unless I'm PUSHING HARD for us to be 20 minutes early...

I'm always super early for everything, unless getting there is out of my control. Like my oboe lessons, last time I was slightly late... but that's because I can't drive and was relying on my parents to drive me. If it had been me, I probably would have been literally 30 minutes early.

I tend to overestimate how long it will take me to get places and end up there super early.

I'm always early. I probably shouldn't be, because every time I show up for something and no one else is there, I get all anxious thinking I've got the wrong place, wrong time etc... But I guess I'd be even more anxious if I risked being late.

I picked either a few minutes early or right on time!  I've had semesters where I've had 100% perfect attendance without even being late once.  I'm really only ever late to class if public transportation is having big issues for whatever reason.  I'm an anxious person in general and missing class or whatever or being late makes me incredibly stressed out.

For things that are VERY important(like job interviews or doctors appointments), I'm usually extremely early.  I'll sit in the parked car and read until a few minutes before the appointed time if I'm really early.  I like to have"emergency time" available for unexpected things like unexpected traffic or just plain getting lost. 

For most other things, I'm on time.  For particularly casual things, or things with an open-ish time, I'll sometimes be a few minutes late.

My dad is chronically extremely early, and he doesn't get invited to parties anymore because of it.  He's shown up while people were still in the shower before:p
