That would be awesome! Ill gring up some sausage and bring it saturday.  I'll bring buns, too. Do you have ketchup and mustard, or do i need to bring those?

There is no vending time scheduled for Saturday- only Sunday. The focus on the first day is checking in, demos and group panels, Celebration Bonfire, PJ & movie party.

Just Sunday is perfect! Bring the same amount you would for a traditional meet; that's the beauty of a potluck!

ponyqueen's husband and I will take care of Saturday foods, which includes bonfire s'more stuff.

There should be time for folks to have dinner before scheduled activities on Saturday.

Hey Ponyqueen? Just a thought - you might want to change the topic heading to mainly be the Midwest Pony Jubilee (formerly MN MLP Meet) so it garners more attention for non-MN residents. I'm wondering how many people are skipping over the topic heading after the word Minnesota.

Also, if you'd like someone to run a customs panel, I could whip something up for it! Please let me know.

Edit: I think I'll only stay until 8 or 9pm on Saturday; I'll have to leave around 5am to pick up Blackfrost and Peggy, and don't want to inconvenience anyone by also waking them up. So I will leave Saturday night and come back in the morning between 9 and 10 am (hopefully earlier, so I can set up my table).

Jubilee is cross-posted in Fair arena- I wanted to make sure MN folks didn't overlook this main thread.

We always talk about a custom panel, but never do it! So, yes! I know we have a couple other customizers, so we could have a 2-3 person panel. This would be a Saturday event.

Glad to hear you will be able to join the Saturday fun! I am planning on making a nice indoor area for presentations, and creating a dedicated gallery space!

I don't know about other people, but regardless of where a pony meet is, I always wonder if it is one I'll be able to attend. It doesn't matter to me who/ what location is hosting it. If I were going to be in Austria and there was a meet in France, I'd be googling the distance between the two countries to see if it was possible. I don't think I'm alone here. (Maybe I'd be alone in Austria...) So knowing where a pony meet is taking place and when is the most important to me. I've never felt unwelcome at another state's meets- usually Wisconsin, they're reasonably close- and it's a fun way to meet new people and see new places.
Just my two cents. I don't think it matters where in the title the information is- Pony Meet People will find it.

the 2nd is my sister's birthday, so i'll check to see how we are celebrating to see if i can make it to either day.
