Monster high collector question

I started looking at monster high playsets online and can't really tell the difference between the deluxe high school and the deadluxe high school. Can any collectors out there explain this to me. I was wanting to buy one but can't make up my mind. I seen deadluxe is a little more expensive but is it worth it? I'm just curious which one is the best one to buy.

I think the only differences were release date and colours. They came with different coloured details in some parts, but otherwise were pretty much identical? They both come with a variety of furniture for the school, and fold up the same.
