yellow colombia babies... hair faded or variation?

ok... so debating how I have collected doubles with my whole making pony families strategy and now trying to rehome some ponies

of course my doubles seem to be variants (?) or is this baby from colombia just one with faded green hair?

I think it was MLPWhitney who found a CP yellow with similar lighter hair (?) but maybe it was just the flash?

The bright-green hair babies match mommy and daddy, but that aqua-ish hair has no match among my other colombians

shellbelle's site has a bowtie there with similar she calls "fading green" hair so does that settle it? The hair is not frizzy, just obviously cut, and to me, the stars  do not seem the same, but than italians I think hand-stamped so perhaps manufacturing was similar to cause the variation ?  And lastly the eye color stamp seems different.  Perhaps it is just a different batch run, though, as I thought there was only one company that manufactured these cutie pie ponies

anyone else with this color combo to compare?

These babies are so cute

Is her head loose at all? Taking a look at her roots would confirm if she's faded or not.

My first tooth Star Baby has the brighter green hair but with orange symbols.

The Colombians seems to be inconsistent, especially these little babies.

I was gonna pass on the head-pop-off as all of 'em are glued for now, you are right that would help

inconsistent is so true! I was actually surprised at the light green hair's eyes as frankly it looks more like a regular MLP...  someone touched her up, maybe  She has made in colombia on her hoof

I thought they might be glued as I know my Baby's head is glued on. I was hoping perhaps the head might have been half loose so you could peep inside

That eye is neat, the babies usually have quite messy, blobby eyes and have hand painted eye lashes.

There is another Baby in the nirvana gallery who has very neat eyes too, she is in the same pose as your Baby.

I can't say if she was touched up or not as her other eye looks neat too (even with the rub it looks neatly done)!

The one you're questioning used to be mine.  She originally came from a flea market in Florida from what I was told.  I don't know if that helps in any way, but there was one other from the same place that has cut hair and was different from her other releases.

Also, she was not touched up.  I actually sealed her eyes to prevent her paint from peeling off.

I had a feeling that you used to own this yellow/green Baby along with the pink/blue Baby that's in the gallery

I had been trying to remember where they had been found!
