Anyone remember these cartoons

I remember watching these cartoon during the 90s.

A cat in a mask is frozen in a picture. Something Cat.

A hotel in transavalnia where these person looks after pets.

Both were shown in the U.K but I'm wondering if they were shown in other countries.

Please help.

It's driving me  crazy.

Funny thing I was searching up this 90s Cartoon called The Adventures of Sandakhan (Sandakhan and the rest of the cast are animals that walk on their hind legs).

Then it came to me what were the other cartoons I grew up with.

Or Albert the fifth Musketeer?

I remember Street Sharks. Mostly because someone sent me a video of Vin Diesel promoting them at Toy Fair in the 90s a while back.

It was such a weird concept. And the toys were equally weird.

I remember Dogtanian, if that's what you mean...I also remember around the world in 80 days with Willy Fogg (I know it's meant to be Phileas) so for some reason my childhood involved literature being turned into animals...anyhow.

My sister also loved Albert the Fifth Musketeer though. I had to watch that with her too. I think I got to watch a longer run of kids TV because I used to watch with her and she's 6 years younger than I am.

I love going through old shows and nostalgia. My sister used to come into my room early on a Sunday morning to watch Sharkey and George. I remember that...also the Raggy Dolls was a big favourite of hers. She has a rather beat up Hifi doll/plush somewhere in the attic.

I also have no idea what the MOTU fandom think of it, but I find the Money Supermarket advert with Skeletor and Heman hilarious.
