Your top five favorite Are You Afraid of the Dark? Episodes and why.

So I was revisiting a childhood favorite. I was wondering for all my fellow 90s kids and ghost story aficionados what was your top five scariest, memorable and favorite episodes from SNICK's Are You Afraid of the Dark? And why? Also, did this show give you a fear of basements and attics or was it just me?

1) The Tale of the Lonely Ghost- The story of the girl was sad and the things that  she did, like pulling the bratty cousin into the mirror and writing all over the walls scared the crap outta me.

2) The Tale of the Dark Music- There's a creepy evil unseen thing in the basement that wants to eat you when you play music. Gave me nightmares.

3) The Tale of Old Man Corcoran-Without spoiling the plot, this was one of the best stories in the series.

4) The Tale of the Secret Admirer-Without spoiling the story, the idea of a secret admirer sounds romantic, until it reaches stalker status.

5) The Tale of Laughing in the Dark-Zeebo the clown haunted my dreams, granted the kids shouldn't have stolen his nose but still.

OHHHH ARE U AFRAID OF THE DARK!!
The theme song scared the pants off me. HAHA but i remember everyone gathering around the campfire and telling a tale..

i dont have a favourite.. all were creepy for me.. maybe coz i was so young and watching.

i have heard of this show but i have never seen it. my favorite horror tv shows as a kid were on discoverykids? and i liked Truth or Scare and Mystery Hunters. blakeholsey high scared me a couple times. but i loved it...

I loved this and I still watch it on YouTube.  Much better than goosebumps. Best episode has to be the tale of the silver sight as it wasn't a 'story' but actually happened  to the children.

The Tale of the Phantom Cab First episode and creepy setting and best villain of the series..

The Tale of the Prom Queen. Has that urban legend feel to it.

The Tale of the Frozen Ghost very classic ghost story

The Tale of the Shiny Red Bicycle hauntingly sad

The Tale of C7 I love ghost stories that took place by the water.

The Tale of the Vacant Lot again creepy

The Tale of Badge interesting story.

It's been so long, do I'll name the ones I remember most. Captured Souls, Frozen Ghost, Watchers Woods, and Quicksilver. I guess those ones made the most lasting impression on me.
