Any announcements on the SDCC 2017 MLP Exclusive!?!?

Hi I am starting this thread cause we are little more than a month apart feom SDCC 2017 and so far there's no news about the MLP exclusive for this year.

Lately they haven't been announcing the mlp exclusive till right before.  Like a week or less.

I wonder if with the Fair being rolled into Hascon that maybe there will be a different exclusive. They usually wait to announce the SDCC pony until Fair weekend but if it's not the Fair pony they have no reason to wait.

Yeah, I'm wondering if Hasbro will skip having an exclusive at sdcc this year and have it at hascon instead. Kinda makes more sense from their point of view.

IIRC they usually reveal it the weekend of SDCC.

Here's what the Hascon site says:

exclusive merchandise* and special edition Hasbro products (*limited quantities available on HasbroToyShop.com after HASCON)

Sounds like something or the other similar to SDCC in that they will have "exclusive" products that will be available (and probably easily purchasable) at the HasbroToyshop.com after the fact.

It's kinda stupid that it's exclusive to the cons and then available to public.

Hmm . . . personally I wouldn't count on Hascon having exclusive MLP stuff until Hasbro specifically confirms it.  And even if they say "exclusive merchandise" that could be, like, a lanyard with "Hascon" printed on it.  Not necessarily a toy.
