Are these plushies common?

I came across this Sunny Daze small plush at a fair, and I'd never seen one like it before! I'm not very familiar with G3 plushes. I didn't buy it because the eyes threw me off.

These were sold in Australia! I have a Sunny Daze, Minty and a Sparkleworks one!

These are from fairs and amusement parks, at least here in the US? 

I  had no idea they were sold in Australia,  here they were carnival  game prizes(like dart ballon games and 'knock over the milk jars' sort), and they range from beanie size (6 inches or so) up to giant 3 foot long ones.  I have a few in assorted sizes, and the giant Rainbow Dash one I have is stuffed with Styrofoam.

Yes these were carnival/crane game prizes in the US.  They came in large and small.  I had several, but sold them off.

they are Nanco products, so yes, prize fair plushies.  I have an identical Rainbow Dash.
