Need an ID for G1 1988 yellow pony glittery purple bow and hearts

Awww poor Cha Cha or Frilly Flower!    She's had her symbol removed and repainted .    The SHS had such delicate symbols too!

Glitter symbols are super fragile! I wish they made more of the painted ones with glitter on top. Pure glitter symbols are always faded

I'm pretty sure it's probably Cha Cha. She is often found in worse shape, and her hair looks like it was once curly, even though it's cut.

You can't see her symbol in this image because of the ruff, but looking at the eyes and eye make up and the hair, I am pretty sure it's her. Frilly Flower has pinker eye make up:

Neither of them should have glittery symbols, though, so that is entirely someone's custom project.

Thanks.  I am disappointed, I thought I'd found a rare one. 

I looked at her with a magnifying glass, I agree she is Cha Cha, I can just barely see the original pink cutie mark.
I got her in a thrift shop in a bag full of old ponies, she is almost 30 years old, who knows when she was transformed.

so much for hoping to resell her. oh well, it was fun to dream.
