Well here is probably my last post until I get back from vacation. We go to the 31st. I will pop in when I get back or get more access to internet. Thank you all for going on this journey with me. I hit a hard struggle in my life and this round really kept me going. So many of you made a lot of progress. You should be proud and reward yourself. I do mean it. You choose pop in from time to time, to keep your healthy self going for 3 months!!! I would love to see some rewards. Once again thank you. I have needed this forum and all of you were amazing.

I was originally going to give our highest point pony a prize, but you all meant something to me. So I have a few options for you. All you have to do is send me a pm.

1. A knitted star in any color or colors. I can do coaster size to something as big a cover of a chair. This is free, just need your address, and I will be working on them when I get back.

2. I make flutter pony wings. You may choose something already made or give me your own design. These will be at a huge discount and even trade at the huge discount price.

3. I make pony capes and dresses. This is all up to you in color and design. These come with a huge discount and even trade at the huge discount price.

4. Huge project on knitted projects come with a huge discount too. I am talking animal outfits with ponies and holidays in mind.

I will do another healthy pony round in September. I try and make each round different, so be on the look out. I will post in this forum about as well. I know I need to keep it up, as I go through this pregnancy. Your support and wonderful Stories have made a shining light in my day:) good luck with the last few days and keep up your amazing progress.

I had a moment if internet..so I popped on for the last day. I am doing a lot of walking so that is a plus for me. Still having concerns about my pregnancy...but can't do anything until Tuesday of next week...i hate waiting games.

Oh boy...I don't think I've posted all month!  I think I averaged a 3 for each day this month.  I didn't walk on the treadmill at all (got distracted from it by having niblings at the house for a couple of weeks and just didn't get back on) but I have been painting like mad.  Finally finished my 2007 scrapbook so I can move on (hooray-only took 10 years) but I have around 16 painting projects in the works that I need to get my act together and finish.  And then I had another idea for another project and I'm resisting the urge to start it until I get something else done (I blame re-reading the Dragonriders of Pern series).  Will be on vacay for the next few days so I'm not sure I'll get anything done (but I am going to take a small project just in case it rains).

We're under our third heat wave of the season, and it's smoky again from the B.C. wildfires. My walking has been put on the back burner until the weather is nicer. That said, this thread at least helped me get started. Points and prizes don't matter all that much to me. Just the participation.

I forgot to post a lot this month too. But I walked almost every day except when circumstances got in the way. I probably averaged about 3 points a day. I do healthy pony for the motivation to maintain healthy habits.

I'm pleased to report that since I quit eating apples and dates two months ago, I went down 8 pounds. I still miss them, but I don't miss the weight and the bad blood sugar levels that made sleep difficult.

I also didn't really post last month, but I'm very happy with my progress even if I didn't report all the time. I'm at a new job that I absolutely love, I'm eating better again, and I'm able to go to the gym every day before work so I really excited about that. I'm so glad that we all got to help and encourage each other during our separate journeys! I'm glad to see all of the progress and steps we've taken towards our goals.

I just wanted to say that even though Healthy Pony is over I am still trying to keep up healthy habits. I still walk almost everyday.

That's awesome news:) I have internet again!!!:) I will host another 3 month healthy pony starting in Sept. Might make it like a swap....but have to map it out first:)

Healthy pony will ne on hold, or not hosted by me. I had a miscarriage and its taking its emotional toll. I will be getting prixes out as soon as i can.
