How much do you thing it's worth? I've seen someone else sell it for like 100$. I didn't even know there was G1 in Russia! I'm willing to buy it to donate the scans to heckyeahponyscans.tumblr.com and to you guys.
Is there a magazine like this in English?

There's a big date discrepancy between the Uk comic with that front (1985) and this Russian one (1993) so it's possible that the inside is not the exact same stories as the UK one. The art is the same art, though. If you look at the bottom left it says Hasbro Industries UK (ltd). There are more than 200 mlp comics in English produced in the UK between 1985 and about 1993, so it's not easy to tell from the cover what stuff the Russian comic may or may not contain, or if the stories are even the same (you can maybe tell us that..?)

I can't remember but I think that Finnish and German pony comics use the same artwork but not necessarily the same content in the same magazine. Also, the German ones in particular have some lovely adverts for German release ponies like Raindrop, etc. So it would be interesting if the Russian one had anything like that, or what stories it featured.

1993 is after MLP ended in the US and right at the end of G1 in the UK, so I wonder how many of those there actually were or if it was a one off...

Thank you for sharing the existence of such a cool item :D

What a lovely treasure! I wish I could help with a price, but it would not surprise me if it fetched a high price (maybe not quite $100, but way up there?), just due to the scarcity. I would love to know what the inside looks like, too!
My  belongs to wacky G1 merchandise!

Wow, that is amazing! I haven't seen any G1 Russia stuff before. I noticed the date is very late on as well (wouldn't expect anything pre-1991 from Russia). By that time the UK comics had moved on to a different style/set of characters. As Taffeta mentioned, although the artwork will be the same as the UK issue, it may have a different selection of stories and/or additional material.

I'm not aware of any others in the community. I would love to see the inside of it (obviously would love to own it too, lol!). My mum speaks Russian, so it would be interesting to compare the stories and see how close they are. $100 is probably more than most people would spend on it, but you never know :)
