My favorites are Nemi from the traditional format and Megacynics, Cat vs. Human and Sarah's Scribbles from the web format. ^_^ Whinch reminds me that I'm wayyyy back on Megacynics, I'd better go catch up!

First ones that came to mind traditional comic-wise, Scary Gary and Farside. All the funnies have the capacity to make me laugh at some point, but Scary Gary almost every time I read it, and I love the dry humour of Farside.
Web based, Cyanide and Happiness, my goodness some of them make me laugh

I really like calvin and hobes, and am also a fan of the far side. I have the complete two book set for that.


I also tend to like little nemo in slumberland, and other really old and obscure comics.  Krazy Kat is one that comes to mind.

Let's see... One Big Happy would be the one with the little girl named Ruthie; I have a avi I made from one of the comics awhile back, actually.

I rather enjoy Pearls Before Swine, but that comic can be an irritant to others. Others are Baby Blues, Foxtrot, and Zits (most of which we have the books for). Pickles is good, as well.

Most of the funny comics I read are online, though (please keep in mind that these are in no particular order):
Dan and Mab's Furry Adventures (whose creator does a taco review on their Patreon) - www.missmab.com
Breaking Cat News (on GoComics.com, and is now getting into newspapers)
9 Chickweed Lane (also on GoComics.com; can be a bit risque at times, so some newspapers dropped it as a result, but will definitely increase your general-use vocabulary!)
www.KevinandKell.com (deals with interracial issues by using anthropomorphic characters; carnivores marry carnivores, prey marries prey - until a wolf falls in love with a rabbit)

El Goonish Shive (slice of life with mad science and magic; includes transgender and sexuality issues, but isn't in-your-face about it) - www.egscomics.com
Girl Power (super heroes; the main character has ADHD, as does the creator; there is the occassional NSFW comic) - www.grrlpowercomic.com
www.QuestionableContent.net (take our world and give it robot AIs you can buy as both a computer and a friend (assuming your relationship is good); can also be risque due to one of said AIs)
www.precociouscomic.com (also furry; main characters are children who go to a school for highly intelligent kids, and the shenanigans they get in to, because knowledge is a weapon)

Funny comics that are finished:
Girls with Slingshots (slice of life; various dating/work issues)
Namir Deiter (slice of life; also furry; follows sibling girls and their friends from grade school through college)
Shortpacked! (main characters all work in a toy store; the owner/boss wants to take over the world. Fun times; not necessarily for children, though. Author has other comics that feature the same characters, including Dumbingofage.com, which can be funny at times, but deals with some serious issues, which is why it's not included in the above list.)

Special Mention: Something Positive. A lot of people like this comic and find it funny; I decided it was depressing me and stopped reading it a few years back.

I forgot to add Comedity to the list of finished comics. www.comedity.com - mainly about the creator's personalities in his head. A don't recall it getting into the PG13+ arena. I should really re-read it... *wanders off*

Ah, Kazzellin! Namir Deiter is my absolute favourite comic!! I never see anyone talking about it so it's great to see another fan I love DMFA and EGS as well.
