What are your thoughts on G4.5 ponies?

I don't like them.  They sort of remind me of G2 designs because they're legs look skinnier.

I don't call them G4.5s the style isn't that drastic of a change but it sure is ug-ly!

Just nope for the most part.

I was tempted to get the all about ponies ones, with the murals on them, just because I thought they'd make a cool display with the DVD sets, but we didn't get them here, so I've avoided the new design altogether. I'll consider G4 complete once I get the few from the old line that I'm missing, like Maud who didn't come out here, and Octavia, who I saw once, and then never again. It's why I don't also collect Fashion styles, or G3.5, I don't want more than 1 of the same characters, unless I have a particular reason, like butterfly wings Rarity, because I loved that episode, and the Rainbow Power ones, because I adore TAF, and the neon hair is awesome. But I'm not going to start a new line unless I like them, and I just don't.. so it's a no from me.

I said I wouldn't get in to the reboot molds but considering  how many have joined my pony collection, I have to change my tune. I won't get every single new reboot character but I like that the All Abouts have a scene on one side and their cutie mark on the other and the fact that we're getting boy ponies like Big Mac although I do wish he didn't have a Mohawk mane.

Well, it did get me collecting again after almost 3 years xD So I like them pretty well.. I just hope we see more single-releases of more different ponies.

I don't like them all that much. Legs are ok, new poses are great, but the faces are goofy looking to me.

I love the merpony main six, i like how they look a lot, the rest eh.. don't hate em but not found of them either.

the Merponies might have a chance but the regular ponies so far I have not caved in for them, I don't think I will ,the Fashion style ponies are tempting they do not look as bad ,hope they go on sale soon LOL

Why does Shining Armor look like he's going to burst into tears? Poor guy...I'll give them a chance. My heart lies with G1 and G3 but I'm happy there are still MLPs in stores to buy with corresponding merchandise and retro merchandise.

I'm not a G4 collector by any means, but even so I'm not impressed at their designs. They look.. gawky, for lack of a better term. Not my cup of tea, but if you like them, more power to you!

They are not for me, I keep looking at them and its not getting any better.

I've warmed up to them quite a bit, but maybe I've been so used to the standing still G4 poses that I'm happy for any change.
I've got a lot and I'm loving the dynamic poses!

I've got all of the Non-Mane-6 ponies and that's all I wanted. Of course that means I've picked up a pinkie pie for Luna, etc. 

I did draw the line at fish-ponies.  None for me.
