What are your thoughts on G4.5 ponies?

I like some, but really don't like others...Celestia looks cool but Cadence is so bad. I mostly like the new poses but the heads are a bit odd

I am pleased with the break from regular poses but having the main six again is starting to rub me the wrong way.  I would like and hope for a little variety of ponies again.

When it comes to regular sized ponies, I mean not princesses, I kinda find it cute. the look more "lively" with their mouths open and in general.

But when it comes to the princesses (besides Twilight)....oh dear.....those humongous heads......

Awful, the old ones looked better. Although I hated the old ones once too, but they grew on me. But seeing the new ones in stores...they are not inviting me to buy.  I might only get Vinyl Scratch for my army.

I thought they were super ugly when I first saw pics of them online, but since I Have bought a few, they have really grown on me!
I really love the energetic poses- they make me smile to look at They look like they are about to start talking to you, hehe.
I also like the longer horns on the unicorns now. I think that's a really nice update.
Though I have to agree, the back legs are really awful looking. I have to position my ponies so I can only see them from the front or side- never the back! The back view is terrible!

I've seen them invade practically every store I know of that sells ponies! I think they're kinda cute, much better than the older G4s. They're much more expressive and I love their unique poses. I bought the set with Fluttershy and Celestial, and while their hair was a greasy mess, a good wash with shampoo and conditioner fixed it right up!

I like all of them, but Princess Cadance. (Luna is fine)
The problem with her is that Hasbro didn't make her eyes larger from her original brushable.

I had a pretty numeral opinion on them but I dropped by target today and saw a starlight glimmer "snap dress" set and totally fell in love! She's way cute!!! I don't mind their weird proportions at all, and I really like the princesses too. Im into it!

The open-mouthed ones look a tad odd to me, I have the single Twilight and I like her, weird greasy hair aside, I hope they end up ditching the greasy feeling hair and go back to whatever they were using before. I do really like that they have more poses, that was the biggest issue with the normal G4s for me.

Even though the open-mouthed ones look weird to me, I'm sure I'll get some anyway.

I hated them when I first saw them online. The anatomy just really irritated me.

Then my sister bought an open-mouthed Pinkie Pie for her daughter, and now I'm starting to see the appeal...they're silly-looking, but in a very sweet, expressive way. Pinkie looks like such an adorable chatterbox. It's hard not to smile when you look at her. I'm coming around to the smaller G4.5s. Like other people have said, I honestly think they're much more expressive and charismatic than G4.

I still think the princesses look terrible with those balloon heads and overly exaggerated spaghetti limbs, though.

For me, I've just liked Celestia and Mohawk shining armour. The rest of the ponies don't appeal to me. I'm excited about the merponies though because some of the "pets" are cute. And those with articulated tails are cool too.

I like the sweet and expressive nature of the face sculpts but the body anatomy and the head proportion to the body is just off to me.  I also really wish someone at Hasbro could figure out how to give poor Shining Armor a show accurate mane.  I'll also echo the sentiment of more character diversity please.  Not thrilled with the multipacks where I end up with multiples of the Mane Six over and over and over.
