Weird tan lines on odette?

Hey folks!

So I found a 1994 Tyco swan princess odette doll at savers, and she came in her original dress, which is really neat! While undressing her, I noticed she er....has some discoloration issues going on.

As you may notice, her neckline is.....orange? it's considerably darker than her face and the rest of her body, which makes it look like she has a strange tan line In addition, her arms and legs look pretty pale in comparison to the rest of her body. I presume that's from a difference in plastic materials (they're rubbery while the torso is hard plastic) and dye leeching over the years or something.

Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? If I display her in her dress, it's not really noticeable, but I'd like to try to restore her if I can.

I do wonder if the two types of plastic/rubber are attacking one another at the chemical level.
