Anyone know what this tall pony/horse in platforms is from?

I found her at a second hand store today, along with one G1 (Princess Primrose). This girl was too cute to leave there. Any idea where she is from, or what she is called? She has no brand name anywhere I can find. I kind of like her platform shoes.

I believe they are Struts horses by Playmates. Not sure when/where they are from other than that though
