I'm torn between getting either Baby Mischef or Baby Brightbow to be turned into Baby Heart Throb.

eBay.uk doesn't have Baby Firefly, there was one on the site but some pony brought it before my mum could get it for me. And I'm not going international to buy one because they cost too much on postage.

Baby Mischief and Baby Brightbow aren't particularly common ponies so personally I wouldn't bait either of them. I'd probably make a DBBE or buy one from Pink Kittiwinks if it was me.
Edit: I appreciate that these ponies are proportionally more common in the UK than they are in the USA but of you think globally they are rarer and Baby Firefly is much more common.  Baby Firefly's glitter symbols come off really easily so it should be easy to find one with no symbols and a haircut who would be perfect.

I agree about the two you originally suggested being worth a little too much to bait for a custom. I get what you mean about international shipping though e_e
