Flower Hair Pick- G-1- Clear/ Translucent- To whom does it belong? HELP!

Hi! It's the weirdest thing, I have searched wiki, my books, all the MLP sites and cannot find a single thing on this totally clear flower hair pick. It has no variations from the regular flower hair picks for all the other G-1's. Anyone know?

I was wondering about that myself, I can't seem to load a pic so everyone can see....it is exactly like those that came with all the winger ponies, exact same detailing.

Some Dream Beauties came with those combs, not sure if translucent ones though.

I've seen the same thing but translucent purple, pretty sure it came with a different toy, but don't know which one.
