Why doesn't natural stuff ever work? I believe in natural things, I hate chemical garbage, but it proves me wrong every single time. >_<

Biological nose spray only makes it worse, natural stuff against panic attacks never works, and I tried to unclog the sink with natural cleaning vinigar and baking soda: NOTHING. So today I bought a bottle of chemical crap for the sink and it did the trick in five minutes. Come on, make me love natural solutions for once, I want to love it, but I still don't! >_<

I haven't had TV in my bedroom in a long time. I have Netflix and I watch a lot of stuff on DVD. I was thinking of getting basic Hulu for TV shows but a TV receiver for the cable cost the same amount and I'd be able to watch local news and whatnot along with stuff like Judge Judy and WWE Smackdown, so I went with the cable box.

It's not working. I get an error and it says to check the cable connection, which as far as I can tell is fine. What is the problem? Is it the wiring in the wall? Knowing my luck, probably.

Anyway, I am very annoyed because I had to move a heavy dresser out of the way to get to the cable in the wall and the cable itself is too short to go above the door so it's in the way. Also my TV only has two HDMI ports which means one of my Playstations needs to be unplugged.

I got myself a snack of cheddar cheese and a granny smith apple but I'm upset so I'm just eating all the cheese... there goes my diet...

It’s about -40 Celsius up here, and I don’t want to do anything because it’s too cold. Normally it’s -25, but it’s worse this winter. There is frost on the inside of our windows. I don’t complain much about the cold, but this is absolutely ridiculous!
This. Sentence. Is. False! Dontthinkaboutitdontthinkaboutit.

The chain I work for has gone bankrupt. We're still gonna be open for business, but we can't do returns, warranty issues or accept giftcertificats and store credits.. Gonna be a fun next few days with angry customers and not knowing how long I will have this job.

Also, rain in January.

I have a co-worker who, in the past, has insisted on getting the book drop in the mornings, not letting other people even have a chance to get it (she takes it out while others who are going to take a turn are in the bathroom or she comes early and takes it before anyone else gets here).  Well, last Friday she came in with the drop and said to me, "Can you do me a favor and get the book drop sometimes so I'm not doing it all the time?" To which I told her that, yes, I can get it.  So, Tuesday was my next turn to have to get it so I decided to use the bathroom and when I came out, even though it was more than 5 minutes before the drop was supposed to be gotten, she had gotten the bin and gone out to get it.  How am I supposed to get it when she leaves with it before I have a chance to get it?  Less than an hour ago, the library director sent out an e-mail saying that everyone needed to take their turn to get the drop.

So...is my "always the martyr never the saint" co-worker complaining about everyone else "making" her do all the work or is it just a coincidence?

Windows 7 is dead, and I don't want to upgrade  I can't afford a new PC, my girl is very old but I can't risk security stuff, so updating as we speak ...

Win 10 isn't bad. I didn't want to upgrade either but I've been running it for about a year with no issues :)

My complaint is the usual - woke up with a killer headache. My cat that passed away could always make my headaches feel better, I called it her 'kitty power' My cats now won't let me rest my head on them so I don't know if they have power or not, rude fluffs.

Thanks BlackCurtains. It's one of those days where everything has seemed to go wrong and I'm completely drained.

I woke up with a horrible neck pain, as if I had been sleeping in a very bad position. I literally couldn't turn my head for about an hour! Thankfully I'm almost fine now...

I'm waiting to hear back about the perfect place in town (compared to my current house, anything would be perfect, but the apartment I'm after is in my favourite part of town and it's a lovely place). Everything is probably going to be fine but my nerves refuse to settle until I hear for definite that my application has been approved and I can pick up the keys. The uncertainty is doing my head in!
