My mp3 player has thrown a tantrum and corrupted a heap of files. It's being formatted at the minute, and hopefully that will sort the problem. Oh for the days when Philips mp3 players actually worked properly.

Sorry to hear that, hope formatting works everythiing out. I can't remember the brand of my first MP3 player, but I'm thinking that it may have been Philips. It had radio and could fit maybe all of ten to twelve songs.  Back in 2005 when I got it, it was super cool even still. I listened to it in classes when we were allowed to. My high school banned them for my senior year, though.

My history teacher always capitalizes random words. For example: "Why are the Middle Ages called that? What are they Between?" 

Middle Ages should be capitalized since it refers to a specific period in history.

Yes, I know that. If you would notice, the word Between is capitalized as well. I was not referring to the Middle Ages being capitalized.

I want to collect toys and video games and books, because those things make me happy. I also want to own only what I can fit in a single backpack and a fiddle case, so I'd never be bound to one place, because that would make me happy. I wish I could have multiple lives.

Allergies have made me sick for the whole first two days of spring break I have had. Yay. Spring break is finally here and I can finally relax... Then allergies decide to attack me.

Not a complaint, just an observation.

They are building a Burlington Coat Factory here. In southwest Florida.
Maybe it's more like a regular department store these days? I dunno. I just remember going there when I lived in Wisconsin to, you know, buy coats

Some of my more expensive things (dolls, signed books, childhood collections) got thrown out and now I have to decide if I'm willing to pay the hundreds it will take to replace it all

I have the joy of replacing a strap button in my classical guitar, which wasn't even supposed to have a strap button in the first place, the previous owner just thought it'd be a hoot drill a hole in it and ram a huge, brittle, plastic peg in there and of course, said peg has snapped in half. At least I can fit a more tasteful-looking one in its place.

Waited the entire day yesterday for the vet to call and check up on us as she said she would. She never called, so today on my day off I have to call and try to get a hold of her which she herself has said is rather difficult, which is why she was supposed to call me in the first place.. I have so many questions that need answering before easter! Aargh!

Ugh, just got home from working a 12am-9:30am shift to find my partner still asleep and 3 desperately hungry cats still waiting for their breakfast.
