I need something to slow my brain down I have an anxiety pill I can take but it makes me groggy and I have pressing things I have to do. I'm listening to one of those lo-fi channels on YouTube but it's not helping.

OMG. The ants are back in a big way! So, remember when I said they were on my desk and bookshelf but I couldn't find where they were coming from? Today I'm at my desk as usual, which is in the living room, and I turn enough to see the wall behind me and there's a trail of ants! It's the same tiny kind as before (thankfully not regular ants or worse fire ants - RIFA give me nightmares!). So I follow the trail and it goes aaaaaaalllllllllllll the way around the living room and kitchen up near the ceiling. In the kitchen it goes down the wall to the floor and leads to my cat's dry food dish. I've been sitting here all day being literally surrounded by ants!

I sprayed - probably too much; feel light headed, haha - the trail intermittently and where it started was in the small window in the living room, approx. 8 feet from the food dish. So the ants took the super long way around.

Back to them being on my desk and bookshelf... they must have been coming in for a while but hadn't found anything yet (except the soda on my coaster but there sure is nothing on the bookshelf for them to eat) until one took that long trip to the food dish and back. I know they hadn't reached it yesterday because I cleaned the cat area and washed everything and put fresh dry in the dish.

So SO glad they're the tiny ants.

I'm probably going to have nightmares tonight anyway.

I hate how so many DVD releases of classic shows try so desperately to adapt to the modern technology by stretching the video to the 16:9 aspect ratio or just downright cropping out some of the top and the bottom, as if assuming that most viewers would be more annoyed by some black empty space on the sides than by the characters being disurbingly stretched horizontally or by some of the details on the edges missing

My complaint is the goodwill auctions with common gen one ponies go for outrageous prices.

BlackCurtains I hope you can get rid of the ants.  I don't like ants either.


My parents bought a new bathmat yesterday and the plastic smell is so strong that I can smell it several rooms away.

My complaint for today is - my apartment smells like fishy cat food I went to my parents house for a few hours and when I came home, the smell was so strong I went around and Frebreezed everywhere. My cat didn't eat all her breakfast, which was oceanfish and tuna flavor. The thing is, I have two scented plug-ins. One by the front door and another in the bathroom where the litter box is. They don't work very well

Two trivial complaints tonight (besides insomnia):

Firstly, my medication is drying my eyes out, and it’s getting to me.

Secondly... Funko made an error numbering one of their Pops, and my OCD just wants it corrected. How can I have a Popple and a Mr. Potato Head sitting next to each other on my shelf, BOTH with “02” written on the boxes! It’s MADNESS! Lol.

Ugh why is the seller part of the ebay site so hard to use. i'm trying to send a refund for a package that was lost in the mail and it takes me in circles.

I've never been able to figure out how Funko decides what numbers to give their Pops except that each set in a series seems to have it's own set of numbers.  I was surprised that the Fruits Basket Pops have numbers in the 800s.

I wonder if either the Popple or Mr. Potato Head was supposed to be 20 and the boxes are misprinted?

I started coughing and losing my voice after work yesterday.  I'm hoping it's just asthma as I had an attack at work yesterday and not something more serious.

I ordered some vitamins to be delivered with my groceries but I got an email that said they weren't available and no substitutions were made. I find it hard to believe that the store was 100% out of magnesium and vitamin D3. They could have picked up a different brand or something I guess this means I have to go in person to get them. I wanted to avoid just that

The Amazon package I got today looked like someone tried to open it to steal the contents.  Luckily my item was still inside.  There was a hole big enough in the top to see inside.  Now I'm wondering if someone was thinking about stealing it and decided it wasn't worth it when they saw it was a puzzle.
