And I just found out that there's a special incense event tomorrow for Pokemon Go so I didn't have to spend an hour and a half trying to find the right challenge (that didn't give me the right Pokemon anyway) at Pokestops miles and miles away from my house in the snow today.  Seriously, why can't they make these announcements available on their site instead of making me come across them as I'm googling how to find the Pokemon they want me to catch?

i wanted to try baking bread for the first time ever but my yeast died. now i have to wait for my grocery order. i miss going to the grocery store. i always forget to buy at least 1 item and this wasn't a problem when i could just make another quick trip. but since the pandemic started i haven't been able to go to the grocery store. my partner has heart disease and is high risk so we're being extra cautious and doing delivery and curbside only for groceries.

Thanks Glitterball. I have an updated version now and the form is all done bar that (which is coming out of post quarantine tomorrow). Then I can get the monstrosity posted away to the monsters to process and probably ignore. Normal service and all.

The dr said my dad lost a lot of blood

I have been feeling off lately.  Some days I feel great and other days not.  I think I might have had a sinus infection a few weeks ago but it wasn't bad enough to require antibiotics.   

Also the ice maker in the refrigerator burned up either Thursday night or Friday morning.  I opened the fridge to get a bottle of water and noticed water dripping from the freezer.  I opened the freezer to find where the water coming from and water poured out of the freezer.  The leaking water smelled bad.  On Friday my dad found that the inside of the ice maker had burn marks.

I don't know if it's my depression or what but I can't get into any new games lately. I have probably 100+ video games on various platforms that I've never started.  Over the last two days I've tried 6 games and only one held my interest for longer than 20 minutes (Farming Simulator 19). The others just make me want to play other games I know well. I was just playing Stranded Deep and I couldn't find any rope for the tutorial and it made me mad. It made me want to play Minecraft instead. There's another game, Kenshi. It was on my Steam wishlist for two years and I finally got it on sale. I really want to get into it but I just can't. Again, it makes me want to play something else, Skyrim. It's really disappointing I've been gaming since the Atari 2600 and I have all these potentially great games at my fingertips and I just want to keep playing the same old stuff.

Spent the afternoon sewing a quilt together & now I have bust my back!

The people I'm closest to are panicking about Covid and calling quarantine and social distancing something we're going to have to do forever... not helping my anxiety, y'all

Husband's car up for a service, MOT & replacement of a re-called air bag.
He has to stay home for work & babysit.

I drove the car to the dealership, then walked on to a supermarket nearby. It was raining and I got DRENCHED by some car going fast through a puddle. 

Then I booked a taxi to take me home, I was nervous but it as a big, airy taxi and the driver was masked (me too) and I sat in the back to keep as distanced as poss.

So good to be home again in clean clothes...

I’m sorry you got drenched glitterball.   I’ve wondered sometimes why some people think it’s fun to speed up through puddles and splash other cars or people on purpose.

I had a bad asthma attack while I was trying to eat breakfast.

It's been one of those annoying days where the little things add up.

It was 84 degrees today. There's another cold front coming thankfully. I've been sweaty and miserable all day though. I was supposed to see my doctor today but she called in sick. So I went over to my parents house instead and my mom wanted to get Burger King for lunch (I like the impossible whopper) but when my sister and I got there the dude at the thing said the broiler was broken and the only sandwiches they had were chicken and fish. We ended up going to Taco Bell instead and I ordered the vegetarian crunchwrap. It was soggy.

When I got home there was a note in my door about my water & sewer bill going up by 11 dollars. Also I got a fun little letter from Social Security (more on that in WYP). AND I'm out of veggies for my Nutribullet and my EBT card doesn't kick in till the first.

This whole day was just

I misjudged the distance turning in to the driveway and hit my dad’s car with mine. I put a dent in my car and scraped the paint on his car.

My local shop that carried a good stock of Sylvanian Families shut down, and my local Wal-Mart is godawful for selection... so seeing the new releases on other sites is making me frustrated. They're so cute; too bad I'll probably never see them.

my kitchen sink is leaking and there was water all over the island dripping onto the floor. i can't figure out how to fix the faucet so i have to call a plumber. i really don't want anyone to come into the house because Covid is really bad here. but i need to cook so i need the sink

Everybody’s been in a bad mood all day and now my sisters are arguing over who has what in the bathroom while I am trying to get to sleep and end this horrible day.
