I am sorting christmas decorations and came over that beautiful little ornament (handmade and personalized for me <3) I got from the Arena ornament Swap while ago <3 It makes me feel so happy!!

I handed in one of my college booklets today! I was up this early this morning checking over and doing bits of extra work, hopefully it'll all pay off :whew:
Now I have a bit time to relax, until I start my next one that's due to be handed in late January

Went for a sort-of run/slightly limping jog through the park in the rain this morning, it was very invigorating! It left my dodgey leg protesting all day but I was also in a great mood all day as well, leg regardless. I got let off work an hour early as well! Result!

I just found out that the official Psychonauts 2 trailer has been released!  :biggrin: I'm so hyped, the first game and Rhombus of Ruin were amazing!

I've been suffering from anemia and been feeling really run down lately, My doctor has prescribed me a course of iron tables and today is the first day in a while I've started to feel better, onwards and upwards!

What made me smile today? I got another new co-worker, a nice person it seems that indeed smiled back when we first said hello in the morning :)

and letting everyone know she was there! :biggrin:

Apparently I buy too much tea. So much so the tea and coffeeshop in the mall I work at came by my store with a christmasgift containing tea, chocolate truffles, cookies and a chocolate bar, all wrapped up beautifully in cellophane. They said something about being out of stock because of me :lol: :xmas:

OMG I cannot believe it!

It took over a year - but it's finally done!

I HAVE SOLD MY HOUSE!!!

 :frolic: :happy: :yippee: :dance2: :cheer: :green: :hearts: :party: :woohoo:

Very happy and the sense of relief almost makes me feel drunk!

Celebrated with friends at the curry house afterwards  :cool:

Spoiler

Such a stressful year with buyers having to pull-out because of broken chains.

Finally got a message on Tuesday that the current buyers were ready to exchange and complete contracts on Friday -  :shocked: - so a mad rush to tidy the place before the big day...

...as of yesterday afternoon I am now burden-free and have a healthier bank balance - a decent deposit for our next house that we hope to find in 2019!

So thank you, Granny, for bequeathing the old house to me - it was a LOT of work to put right and make fit-for-sale (physically, time-wise and mentally) but we got there in the end.  :rainbow:

Next phase: preparing our own little house to be sold and pooling the money together for our new dream home!  :biggrin:

Congrats glitterball! Must feel great. I'm looking for an apartment, but I haven't found the perfect one yet - and where we live, there isn't much to choose from :D

I bought a few Christmas presents today, that made me really happy. I also ate a great burger, it had a huge relish-stuffed portobello mushroom instead of a burger patty! It was sooo good :dance2:

Went to the optician's today and the lady that examined my eyes was absolutely lovely, I didn't feel anxious at all !
Also got a new pair of glasses, my eye sight has gotten a bit worse apparently so that sucks, but I bought a pair of cat-eye shaped frames and they're super pretty  :biggrin:
