The weather being nice and chilly today makes me happy. It's cloudy and chilly enough to wear a jacket, but not chilly enough to actually be cold through the jacket. So really it's the ideal day for me as it's just nice outside in stark contrast with the hot, sunny, muggy days that I associate with this time of the year the most.

It looks like there's a fair chance of it snowing tomorrow night and possibly even getting a dusting! 

Oh please let it happen! (it would be the first time I've seen snow since I've come to this college two years ago)

Our little old Dartmoor mare decided Spring Has Sprung and had a mad half-hour leaping and bucking and galloping about. It was lovely to see her so spry after a long wet winter. She is about 25 years old - the equivalent of about 75 in human years, and can still out-turn and out-run the young pony > Lovely to see.

I left some videos on as background noise while I do some art, then heard "Noone butt-dances in the window" entirely devoid of context. It made me laugh so hard I snorted.

It's friday and, because of no classes, I got to sleep in till 7AM ^u^

Completed the farming tips on Trio of Towns, finally I can get on with the game without worrying about whether or not I complete it at the end of spring.

It snowed and even had some light accumulations! =D I got to walk through campus and see it with snow for the very first time. In April, a month before graduating.

I was sick yesterday. My dad came over to visit and kept the kids entertained for a couple of hours so I could lie down. Before he left, he gave the girls Easter goodie bags. And he had one for me, too.

I've been sitting outside with my poor mare Dusty since 8:30 this morning (so...around 5-6 hrs ago I think) because a minor wound she got the other day developed an infection overnight and the vet can't come out until 2pm. I was really worried about her, still am. But my sister brought a bunch of candy and snacks for me while I was hanging out in the pasture with Dusty, and I ended up sharing almost my entire apple with her because it is impossible to ignore the horse version of puppy-dog eyes. She just came over and sat there staring at me until I fed her apple slices and she's just so cute, I couldn't help smiling.

Also, learning that it is called a Muscovy duck.

I went hiking with my friends this evening and now I'm really cold. I love going to bed cold, feeling how cold my skin is and how warm my bed is, and feeling like I really deserve to be warm and cozy at the end of the day

I finally had the courage to go into town alone today (I have social anxiety so its rare I actually leave the house)! I didn't get very far before I realised that my brain was automatically taking me to CEX. I always hide in there looking at games and movies while my parents are shopping. I'm glad I went in though because I found two My Little Pony Tales dvds and My Little Pony The Movie (the 1986 one) which I was really excited about because my copy is that well-loved it no longer plays. I also found the Harry Potter ps2 games that I was missing from my collection! The guy at the till gave me a weird look though. Just a teenager buying my little pony dvds...
