private swap gone bad.. what to do?

Is there a mod i could talk to about a private swap? I sent my half, never got anything. I know my parcel arrived thanks to the tracking..
But never got what i was promised and the member ignores all my messages...

This is what scares me about swaps -
it's a really lovely idea and so wonderful to get pony mail -
but when things go wrong it's so sad.
Let's hope that the other party has a really good reason for not honouring their side of the swap (perhaps they are ill and did not get a chance to send your parcel yet nor answer any messages?) and that your swap arrives soon!  :)
