Considering they actually did something with her hair, she might be a TRU single exclusive.  But maybe not.

I hope not either. I'd like the pegasus and I'd like to grab the merpony and see if her legs can be taken off and her tail resculpted.

I find the sea pony one a bit cute, the articulation is a little odd but not terrible.
