What Color is Mimic?

I agree with what someone said about her looking like the insides of limes! But I don't think 'lime pulp coloured' sounds very nice, haha.

Actually I think the 'Tiana's dress colour' is a winner.  I just did a Google image on it--

So Mimic's colour would be the undermost layer of the dress right at the bottom. 

Or (spoilered to avoid picspam) a combination of these two shades (again, the undermost layer)

Is she the same colour as tootsie? The softer coloured one that we got in the uk...

Definitely not the same color as Tootsie.  Mimic is a lighter hue and has much more yellow in her.

Tootsie isn't yellow enough. Mimic (mine anyway) is the same color as G1 baby Frosting. Tiana's dress seems to be a good comparison too.

Mine either, my Mimic is a more yellow and a bit more pastel than my Frosting.

Now that I look at them while drunk they aren't the same color. Frosting is a darker shade than Mimic but they would be exactly the same if you sunfaded her.

whoa I wish people would see more clearly while drunk that could save some accidents maybe? o.O Mimic is a different color from frosting I agree.

Maybe someone should compare her to paint sample colour strips and see if there's a match there...

Maybe someone should compare her to paint sample colour strips and see if there's a match there...

I live within walking distance to a Home Depot, so I might do that lol

I actually did a custom of her in G4 form. I took my G1 Mimic who was in very good shape and doesn't appear faded to Hobby Lobby and was able to match her color to an acrylic paint exactly to what my Mimic looks like.

I've always seen Mimic as the pastel key lime color more than yellow. 

Will try to find the paint brand and color... it's been a while. I know it was not a Folk Art brand color.
