I'm so, so excited for this new series!

This series is supposed to delve further into the history of equestria and things not touched on in the show that need more development. The first issue there is about cutie marks!

I'm hoping there will continue to be tie ins to the original series (aside from these little parody covers)

Also, for those keeping up with the comics, this new series will be taking over the Friends Forever side series ending this year with issue #38.

Coming this April is a new My Little Pony comic series titled "Legends of Magic"!

It will show the "origins of cutie marks, friendships, magic and more" and will be "revealing the secret history of Equestria".
However, this also means that the Friends Forever is coming to an end with Issue #38.

Are any of you excited for this new telling of Equestria's history and mythology? Will you miss the duos of Friends Forever?
For now, this has my attention. Though I haven't read the Journal of the Two Sisters either, so take that however you will.

BTW, for people who don't have easy access to comic book shops, you can subscribe to series digitally at Comixology.com .  That's what I do because I don't like having to store physical comic books, lol.

I keep my pony comics in binders and I can't even tell you how many binders I have now. My husband already has a few long boxes for our other comics, so I thought the binders would take up less space but...oh boy.

I also love the Jem comic, it's amazing!

I'm looking forward to this new series of pony comics, I've been enjoying the comics more than the show these past few years.

I can't get too excited, I know the show will contradict everything in the comics and render them non-canon anyway.
