How's this for a generation mix-up?

My two girls have their own substantial herd - mostly rough around the edges G3s and G1s... Just now I found my youngest taking her Baby Cuddles on her latest adventure... on a G3 scooter with a G4 helmet. Love it!

Have you any photos to share of older ponies enjoying life anew in the way they were originally intended? As a toy?

Just delightful seeing the enjoyment my girls get out of their ponies, and nice to see the 'old' girls having a bit of fun again.

That pic is adorable and it always warms my heart to see ponies (especially G1s) getting played with and enjoyed by kids the way I used to play with them)

That's so cute! My sister often comes with her friends and takes my pony collection and plays with them too. She gives the ponies names like  "princess sparkle kite" (skyflier) or "beauty" ( a 25 anniversary cherrilie) or her best ever name, "river song" I told her it was a silver song, but I guess she misheard, and now we have a pony named river song.

So cute! Reminds me of the end of Toy Story 3, when the toys find a new home with that little girl and get played with again . When they were in stores I used to give G3 ponies to my much younger cousin and we'd play with them together. I hope to someday let a daughter play with play-condition ponies; I'd love to see that.

I know, seeing my daughters play with their ponies takes me right back! And so cool seeing their imagination run wild. I often get grumpy at the living room being utterly covered in toys, but then again, I would much rather they were doing that than sitting in front of a screen all day, for example

They have quite a few G1s now. I cherish them as collectors and restoration items, so my girls only get ones which are well past it (and the trade off is the pony gets a new life )

And lol, Haruna - giving my childhood ponies to my daughters was what got me into collecting - I wasn't quite prepared to let go, lol! I reclaimed my G1s (my girls got other ponies to compensate) and suddenly my personal herd grew and grew.... and grew... and... oh dear!

Awwww! That's so cute! The scale of the scooter and the helmet suits that baby pony so well!
