ATC trading/swap thread?

I know we used to have these types of exchanges on the Arena pretty often...  wondering if I'm overlooking the specific thread or subforum....

ATC swaps are with everything else in Swap Talk. Most of them are just done privately now and not too often, I don't believe there's been a group swap in a while.

A group swap would be fun, though! Like Bekuno said, there hasn't been one in a while.

Maybe start by gauging interest in the swap forum? It's probably a good idea to advertise here too, as the swap forum is still pretty new and threads go easily unnoticed.

I was just wondering about this! I used to host the monthly ATC swaps. I was wondering if there would be interest if I returned to them.

Before AmberMarie, I used to host monthlies as well (like back in 2011-2013... and I think I hosted one in 2014 or something, too?xD) My condition prohibits me from hosting swaps now, but I'd definitely be interested in joining a group swap! I miss hosting them, though, and hope to be able to in the future again :3

I'll be keeping an eye out for upcoming atc swaps in the swap forum tho and I seriously need to get a binder for my cards xD I have them all in individual sleeves in a box atm, with no way of displaying them neatly

OoOooOoh hoooooo hoooo.. I have been there. I finally have them all in a binder. I am now trying to figure out a cool way to display them. I recently moved and was looking through the binder, just miss it so.

Part of me wants to jump in with both feet and just do this! But I see there are new rules and such for them, so going to see what I can do.

Oh and loved your work! Just took a look at your blog. I may foray into some digital artwork again. I always felt like I could not get the right feel yet to my ponies.

I used to have a large cork board above my desk where I'd pin them up (that is, placed them on pins as if they were little shelves. I'd never poke holes in my cards x) ) but that was in my old room in the shared house when I went to art school xD I wish I could do something like that again though, it looked really cool!
And aw, thank you :') <3 do it! I should try to get stuff done more often tbh, I go months without drawing at times ;A;

I keep mine in a binder in protective sleeves sorted by pony, then if I get 9 atcs of a certain pony I get a full pretty sheet of them. I think Applejack, Galaxy, and my OCs are the only ponies I have full sheets of at the moment but its really cool when you get it because then you have a page of different artists interpretations of the same pony.

AmberMarie, great to see you back! I remember your swaps, even participated myself pretty actively back then.

I also keep my ATCs in a binder. Mine are organised by artist rather than pony, though, since I have so many non-pony ATCs. I love the all-pony sheets, however.
