I know China (in cantonese) people say Gung Hay Fat Choy though their new year starts on a different day

That's so cool! Here we just use variations of happy new years if I think of any of the more unusual ways we say it here I'll let you know though.

I was thinking of starting a thread about how we say it locally but found your thread so decided to steal it for my own purposes instead, haha.

Is it just me or were the three ponies in your signature blinking all at the same time the other day and are in alternating timing now?  Looks great they way they are blinking...

Yeah it just depends on how the page loads, they do that to me too cx
