Hey 
I am going through a rough time myself.. and sometimes what my mum tells me to bring me back to earth is that everyone is going through something; they are not always perfect or right *like I asume*; that we are all on the same boat and, that somehow makes me see things differently  and be more open.. I don't know if it's helpfull for you *anxiety here*, but I'm leaving you with understanding, hugs and kisses, from someone who kinda sorta gets it. SO! We can do it!!!! It wont be always bad, and we are not alone people are there and care

I am on my first year of uni on Psychology..but am struggling a bit with mi life...so yeah  thought I would let that out
