Ponies and Unicorns, Oh My!

Merry Christmas everyone! It was hard to get though this morning, as this is the the first Christmas since my grandmother's death this summer. I was thankful to have my boyfriend with me today.

I wanted to share my pony gifts!

The most important gift to me here is The Art of Equestria. In talks about the creative process behind Friendship is Magic and shares a lot of unseen background information and concept art!
With The My Little Pony movie, I now own all G1 media!
I'm very excited to get my first Guardians of Harmony figures too, the shadowbolts parts keep detaching though.
The other book is the third My Little Pony omnibus, it's the G4 comic series.

I have the Tangled art book actually! I also have an art book for the ghibli film Ponyo. I love concept art, it's so interesting. I'd love to have book of older disney movies like Oliver & Company or 101 Dalmatians or even The Lion King.

yes, I have the Tangled and frozen books, I liked both movies, but I think that I actually like the frozen book better. there were a lot more character designs then there was in the Tangled one, but they were both fantastic. I really love Glen Keane, but he only worked on tangled and not on frozen, but his character designs are AMAZING! He's one of the best that Disney has ever seen.

The Art of Equestria is a favorite of mine....the concept art in there is the bestest G4 thing ever as far as I am concerned and Twilight Twinkle is fun too.
