meet spunky! + Mysterious Marks on fizzy

That Spunky sure is a cutie!  And it's a shame about Fizzy. But it looks like she'd be nice if you could get the mark off her.

The mark on Fizzy looks to me like it's actually under her symbol, not over the top of it. Which suggests that this could be a factory error that happened to her before symbol application? Maybe some part of the machine caught her and gave her a long uniform stripe of ink?
