It's a tiny pony and book. Offically license merch as far as I can tell.

Yeah, I would say it is not rare. I am not sure what the cost is in Belgium (I know things are sometimes more expensive in Europe) but that price in the USA is definitely too much.

Those are made by Running Press.  I agree with Foxtale. They're not rare and only cost about $10-$12 new.

I passed on the add... Guy wants like 15 euros for a basic Peachy or 25€ for G1 Applejack with ratty hair and pen marks allover.

Yup. I saw her yesterday at Barnes n Noble, she's been around for i think a couple of years and her quality is atrocious. I call her Fakiefly. Her setmate Glory is much higher quality and I have a slightly harder time finding her.

She goes for about 7-10 bucks.
