What anime are you guys planning to watch in this Winter 2020 season? I hardly ever watch currently airing anime, but I'll be watching show shows this seasons. I'll be watching Magia Record: Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magica Gaiden since I'm a fan of the original Madoka Magica anime. And then Show By Rock!! Mashumairesh!! since I'm a Sanrio fan and love their SB69 franchise.

I recently finished Sailor Stars part 2 and rewatching Yona of the Dawn. I thought Yona was deep before but rewatching after reading so many volumes of the manga gives a different perspective on some things.

2019 Fruits Basket Season 1

Diamond no Ace-It looks like there is a Season 2 that is currently airing but I am just a few episodes in to Season 1 so far

I'm also looking forward to the new movie Weathering with You.

Does anyone know a place to watch Hana no ko Lunlun in the original Japanese with subtitles? I know a few episodes were dubbed in to English but I would like to watch all of the episodes and not just the ones that were dubbed.

I'm watching Stars Align which is not Winter 2020 but whatever. I'll probably watch the new Haikyuu if it kicks off in Jan, since I just fiished that. Hoping that Furuba 2 is coming soon but I don't know if it will be as soon as January though.

Also I need to get back to watch Chihayafuru but am not sure if the third season finished airing yet. I want to go back to the start and watch through the whole three series but not until it's done.

Otherwise it will just depend on how the mood takes me. I don't tend to watch series as they air/seasonally, I watch whatever takes my fancy whenever, so I am not really sure what is in the winter season. I didn't watch anything in the autumn season except ongoing Daiya, and in the summer only Daiya and Furuba, both of which I'd read the manga for anyway...

I just noticed that there is a 2nd season to High Score Girl! Will watch that soon!

Recently re-watched Elfen Lied... sooo sad, so beautiful.... Oh and finished Death Parade two days ago. What a great story!!

I don't mind streaming episodes but I also really enjoy having DVDs to watch and have been looking forward to owning 2019 Fruits Basket on DVD. I'm also excited that the 2nd part of Season 1 will be on DVD in the US in Feb.

I'm also buying digital copies of the original Fruits Basket since the DVDs for that series are more expensive and harder to get in the US.

I was watching Lu Over the Wall tonight and decided to Google something about it. I found a rumor that Mitsuha and Taki from Your Name will have a cameo in Weathering With You. Does anyone know if that's true? I know Makoto Shinkai sometimes puts characters from past films in his newer ones.

Everything here is shut down and classes have been cancelled till further notice. So I am literally stuck in my apartment with nothing to do. Thankfully I switched VPN services so now I can at least watch Netflix while the world over here ends.

I decided on Cells at Work since its in English. I seen the japanese version when it was new on CR but it was subbed
