Suggestions needed, please. :)

Hey all, it's been a while! 

So...I have a group of friends that meets up every holiday season for a white elephant gift exchange. Most of them know I paint ponies and like my work, so I'm considering making a custom for this year's gift. Only thing is, I work sloooowly, so it would have to be a very simple design (something I'm terrible at: keeping the design simple.)

I'd really appreciate suggestions. I know I'd like it to be winter-themed, probably silvery. I can do airbrushing and modest sculpting. Since this is a spur-of-the-moment project, I'll be using one of the Hasbro blank ponies I've got on hand as the bait (though I'll be rehairing her.)
