so puled out some of my older customs for storage.
and the paint had gone funny on some of them.

so did a  touch up / fix.

originaly she had been sealed with modpodge. 

new paint and now sealed with liquitex

indeed I believe the main culprit in the paint going funny was the modpodge.
ive spoken to other customizes who have also used modpodge in the past and they have expressed having similar issues with it over time.
