For file type - any objections to an .AI file? I can convert it to something else of course once done, but figured I'd ask since you mentioned wanting it as possible and well this would let you make it whatever size you want without quality loss.

Of course not, I'm hoping we get a nice balance of traditional and digital to be honest, so much more fun that way. White bg will be fine if that's what you can manage, I know not everyone has immediate access to digital programs, and will do whatever clean up work I need to.

I see no problem with switched genders as long as it's still the likeness of the toy.  He and Minty are yours.

It's Illustrator if that helps. I can always convert it out to another file format I just figured I'd ask since it would give more resizing freedom lol.
