Welcome to the Arena Pony Art Collaboration!

In short, the goal is to have as many arena members contribute a full body pony drawing to amass a big poster/art canvas. You know, just for community fun and to see how many different styles we can get into one image!

Rules and things:
-Sign ups are required, this is mainly to ensure there are no duplicate ponies being drawn, plus I can have an organized mailing list and all that fun stuff.
-There is no 'skill' level to join. This is open to all arena members who wish to participate.
-Hasbro ponies only (all gens). No OCs for this project please. You can sign up for any pony that has not already been claimed (see below)
-Traditional and Digital art are BOTH accepted. Though, if it is traditional, I ask that you provide as clear an image as possible, and if you have the programs and know-how, transparent backgrounds are immensely preferred.
-That said, yes, this is only a full body pony drawing. No backgrounds or extra details in your image.
-Signatures are great, please feel obliged to sign your beautiful art, but please refrain from adding very noticeable watermarks or links.
-I will be asking for final submissions to be emailed to me, preferably as a .PSD (merged layers are fine for digital art) or .PNG file if possible, and the larger the better.
-This is not a swap or anything, and there is no penalty for having to drop out. Life happens.
-NEW Feel free to claim multiple ponies if you think you can take on more than one. Just, don't go too overboard. Separate images or one with them interacting are both fine.

Sign ups will be open for two weeks! I think this should give everyone enough time to see this, decide if they want to join the fun. As soon as you sign up, you're free to draw. Then, I'd say the due date to have your submission in will be the end of February, so you have well over a month to work.

Sign ups close- 11:59 PM EST Monday Jan 23rd!

SpoilerJust an idea, but would anyone be interested in working on a collaboration? The idea would basically be that people claim a pony, and have a month or so to draw it, and then we copy/paste them all into a huge image (maybe have someone contribute a background). Basically, just meshing everyone's art together!

It would 100% not be skill based and open to anyone who wants to join, it's all about quantity participation. :P Traditional or digital would be acceptable of course. Probably stick to Hasbro ponies only, all gens welcome, and maybe an exception to the MLPArena pony (if the original creator would allow) and maybe even our LMaP pony because they are both arena OCs rather than personal ones.

I wouldn't start it soon since there are already a lot of art things going on already, and I want to finish hosting Let's Make a Pony first, but maybe start it up around the holidays since art projects would be finished and most members would have some vacation time? Just posting this now to see if anyone would be interested before I try to organize this.
