NaNoWriMo! Chat Thread!

Well today is the last day! Good luck everyone meeting the deadlines you aim to meet! Even if you don't get to 50k, just taking on the challenge of the event is a winning choice to make. Any words you wrote during this month are more words than you had when you started the month, after all!

As you can see from my little widgit here, I have about 4k left to go today and have a full 8-hour work day too, so today is going to be a real slog. I'm so tired from so much work these past few days.. But I'm so close I can taste it! I just have to try to focus!

Team Novel Darlings is done! We hit 50k earlier this evening. 

How did everyone else do? I wanna hear!

I did 100k words this month, including four novellas and half of a novel. That's actually pretty standard for me, but happy none the less.

I'll admit I didn't quite make it.  Only got around 30k but it's still more than I had at the beginning of the month so I'm good with it.

I think that if you did 10k, 30k or 50k or more, it's an accomplishment. Writing is hard.

Storybelle is right! At least you had more words at the end of the month than when the month started. Even just making the commitment to try is a winning way of thinking!
