Advice on a new G1 alicorn

Hello guys. I will look for a tutorial about how to rerhair a pony, my idea is to mix Galaxy with Whizzer so I would get an Alicorn TE but their hair is pretty bad, frizzy and dry so I thought about buying new hair in Dollyhair and redo the main and tail.
I was thinking about the original colors of whizzer from the series (blue, red, green and white with maybe some pink from galaxy) but I would like some advice about the colors. Maybe turn her to a rainbow pony... what do you think?

Finally I got 5 colors from Dollyhair, (red, blue, green, white, orange) will see how they mix.
Now trying on rerooting techniques.

I'm looking at the hair holes for the main in my current ponies and I'm starting to get scared about the rehairing thing... I'm thinking about the knot method but still... the stuffing/glue one does not convince me too much...
Anyway I'm curious about the outcome of it...

 By the way, is there any way to obtain a black or dark G1 unicorn? I qas thinking of customizing one,to make an evil pony... any ideas?

Snuzzle is the only grey pony and she is rather light tone, there are no official black G1 ponies.

I've noticed it... I was thinking about customize a white one into darkness... but I don't know how.

Thanx. So dying a white one is a bad bad idea...
I was thinking about doing something with a bait gusty and Honeycomb or Surprise too :-)
For now I only have the Gusty...
