RetroDoll does not source her hair from dolly hair. I highly recommend them over Tina. Customer service is a thousand times better.

I won't order from DollyHair anymore. The flaky customer serevive over the years did me in. Missing hanks, slow shipping, refusing to communicate. It's not worth it to me.

It's been over a week now and still no email on my order or enquiry. I did ask her a couple of things about the hair as well along with my email as to where my hair was and the tracking. 

At this point I just hope she cancels and refunds the money so I can order from RetroDoll soon

good to know!  at one point, all of them were sourcing from each other!

I'm in the UK. Back in May I ordered hair. I had a confirmation message of the order being shipped and it arrived within the average timescale after that. I was surprised it was so quick actually, given her on off history. I guess I hit a good spell.

But I just checked my dates and my email box and I ordered the hair on 23 May and had a shipping notice on 25th May.

So it isn't the case she doesn't notify International orders.

I don't even remember when she last time sent me a shipping notice It seems it's a hit and miss whether you get one or not.

so i finally got the Dollyhair hairs that i ordered.

As expected, since she didnt read my emails (which i asked her to change some of my order and also the tracking of my order), the hair i got is not what i want. So i am selling it for $3 a packet to anyone who is interested.

its a mix of old bubblegum and water nixie. Looks really cute together, but not the shade i needed. Looks a bit like rochelle goyle's hair.

so yep. definitely never ever ordering from dollyhair again.
