So... you know that pony you long for but think you'll never be able to get in a million years?

Well... turns out I only had to wait four!  :P

This girl has been at the top of my want list forever. Eventually I gave up trying to win her. Admire her from afar, forever, I resigned myself.

Until I saw an auction on ebay where she wasn't marked among a few other ponies.

You never know, right? So I placed a bid. And watched the auction as it ended... waiting for those snipe bids to usurp me, yet again. But, none did.

I literally danced around the room! And what's better, I got her for a steal! Best birthday present to myself, ever!

And here she is (with a before shot as she was when she arrived) and now all cleaned up. My beautiful, stunning, Red Roses.

Congrats on your new lovely girl! I don't have RR yet but she's definitely on my want list. I know the feeling of anxiety as you watch the timer tick down waiting for someone else to snipe you haha The eBay victory dance is always mandatory in such a situation! :lol:

Lol - I know, right! :D  And yep, Tulips, my heart was totally thumping (all the while trying to tell myself to be rational and my bid couldn't possibly stay like that!). I was a tad shocked when the counter hit zero!
