Too many games!
« on: September 18, 2016, 01:18:40 PM »
:faint:

Between Steam, Humble Bundle and GOG I'm drowning in games - and I rarely seem to play anything new. I'm always going back to something familiar or playing short games or games without endings.

So I need your help! Tell me what to play because I can't decide. I was going to play DA Inquisition, but then I thought maybe I should play Origins first... then what I ended up playing was Skyrim  (I've many, many hours in Skyrim already).

I always wanted to play Okami and the Devil May Cry games. And I've had both Portals sitting in my Steam library forever.

Major First World Problem! :drunk:

I cannot reccomend Okami enough, it is gorgeous. It took me awhile to play through, and if you want to collect everything in the game it will take even longer.

Portal is also very fun, you could probably beat that in a few days.

If you like The elder Scrolls: Skyrim, and if you want to purchase a new game, the Elder Scrolls online is extremely fun, it's a lot like Skyrim (and Oblivian, and Morrowind) but a little different. It's a great buy, and I saw it at a very good price at Toys R Us

One does not simply stop collecting ponies.

I'm in the same boat. This summer, I had plans to catch up on all the games I bought but never played...and instead I just replayed a bunch of games I've played hundreds of times already...and even now, I just want to play Paper Mario again (and it was one I replayed this summer!), ugh. I even started playing Chrono Cross, which is a game I've been wanting to play forever, I only got an hour or two in and have yet to turn my PS3 on again.

Of your list, I've only played Okami, it was a good game, very beautiful style. Like, really beautiful; it's one of those games where you can easily kill time running around just to admire the art.

My vote went to Dragon Age: Origins, but I love the DA series so I will admit I am biased.

You definitely need to play the Dragon Age games in order -- that's an absolute must! So I voted for DA: Origins, but I agree with others that Okami is not to be missed! It's a classic!
